* IMO Regularien: Ab 2009 wird von Schiffen der Austausch von Ballastwasser (Exchange) verlangt,
  wenn kein zertifiziertes Ballastwasser Management System an Bord ist.
** Spätestens mit dem nächsten Survey nach dem Jahrestag der Auslieferung eines Schiffes hat
   dieses den Vorschriften zu entsprechen.
